1997 - The Foundation and
The Beginning of a Dream

The story of Woodland Socks began in 1997 with the vision of an entrepreneur passionate about the textile industry: "To become the sock brand for everyone who loves the magnificent colors of nature." We set out in a small workshop in Istanbul with only a few machines and boundless determination. Our goal was simple: to produce high-quality, comfortable, and eco-conscious socks.

2000 & 2010
Recognition Born from Quality

In our early years, our approach to production—centered on handcraft and meticulous care—set us apart in the industry. Our insistence on using 100% natural yarns and our uncompromising approach to quality earned the trust of our customers. During this period, we acquired our first corporate clients, increased our production capacity, and began to take our place in Istanbul’s most exclusive stores.

2011 & 2020
Technology, Modernization
and Expanding into Europe

To meet growing demands, we invested heavily in technology. We expanded our product range through modern machinery and dedicated R&D studies. Our machine park grew significantly, with the establishment of embroidery, transfer printing, and silicone printing units. We developed our first custom and corporate design products. Our quality and reliability crossed borders as we took our first steps into the European market. While making our first export to Germany, we also entered the French, Spanish, and UK markets, obtaining European Textile Standards certifications.

2021 & Present
The Goal of Becoming
a Global Brand

With the confidence gained from years of experience, we are investing in smart textile technologies as we expand into new markets. We are building a sustainable future with the goal of carbon-neutral production, developing innovative designs through collaborations with young designers, and strengthening our digital catalogs and B2B platforms.
